We may process:
- courses joined;
- lesson progress where our learning platform provides it;

3. PHOTOGRAPHS, REFERENCE IMAGES AND CREATIVE ASSETS
Some ADC AI Mode services may allow or require customers to provide photographs, reference images, character images, logos, product images, videos or other creative assets.
We process these materials only for legitimate purposes connected with the service requested, our legal obligations, security, or another purpose explained to you.
Where you upload an image of another identifiable person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary authority or permission to provide and use that image for the requested purpose.
We do not claim ownership of your original photographs merely because you upload them to ADC AI Mode.
4. FACIAL IMAGES AND BIOMETRIC DATA
A photograph of an identifiable person may constitute personal information.
A photograph is not necessarily biometric data merely because it contains a person's face.
However, certain technical processing of facial or other physical information may constitute biometric processing under applicable data-protection law.
Where ADC AI Mode itself undertakes processing that constitutes special-category biometric processing for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, we will identify and document the appropriate lawful basis and additional condition required by applicable law before undertaking that processing.
Where an independent AI provider processes an uploaded image as part of delivering a requested generation service, its role and the applicable contractual/data-protection arrangements will be assessed as part of our provider-management process.
5. WEBSITE AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
When you use our website, certain technical information may be collected automatically.
Depending on our website configuration, this may include:
- IP address;
- browser type;
- device type;
- operating system;
- pages viewed;
- referring page;
- approximate location derived from technical information;
- timestamps;
- cookie identifiers; and
- website interaction information.
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained separately in our Cookie Policy.
Where consent is legally required for a particular cookie or tracking technology, we will request it through our cookie controls.
6. COMMUNICATIONS
We may retain communications you send to us, including:
- customer-support requests;
- emails;
- consultation communications;
- complaints;
- refund requests;
- workshop questions; and
- other correspondence.
We use this information to communicate with you, provide services, maintain appropriate business records and resolve disputes.
7. WHY WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may use personal information to:
- process purchases;
- deliver digital products;
- provide course access;
- administer memberships;

- establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and
- send marketing communications where permitted.
We will not use personal information for an incompatible new purpose without considering whether further information, consent or another legal basis is required.
8. OUR LAWFUL BASES
Depending on the processing activity, ADC AI Mode may rely on one or more lawful bases.
Contract
We may process personal information where necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you.
Examples include:
- processing your purchase;
- providing course access;
- administering your membership;
- delivering a consultation;
- delivering an intensive setup service; and
- providing customer support connected with your purchase.
Legal obligation
We may process information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
Examples may include accounting, tax, regulatory and record-keeping requirements.
Legitimate interests
We may rely on legitimate interests where necessary for reasonable business purposes and where those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
Depending on the circumstances, these interests may include:
- protecting our website and services;
- preventing fraud;
- managing our business;
- improving customer service;
- protecting our intellectual property;
- maintaining appropriate business records; and
- establishing or defending legal claims.
Where required, we assess whether our interests are proportionate to the impact on individuals.
Consent
We may rely on consent where appropriate, including for certain marketing, cookie or other activities where consent is required.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw your consent as permitted by applicable law.
Withdrawal does not make processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal unlawful.
9. MARKETING
Where permitted, we may send information about ADC AI Mode products, workshops, courses, memberships, resources or offers.
Where consent is required, we will obtain it before sending such marketing.
Marketing consent is separate from accepting our Terms & Conditions.
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications using the unsubscribe facility provided or by contacting us.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary service communications relating to a purchase, account, workshop, membership or other active contractual relationship.
10. WHO MAY RECEIVE YOUR INFORMATION?
We may use carefully selected service providers to operate ADC AI Mode.
Depending on our technology stack, these may include providers of:
- website hosting;
- cloud infrastructure;
- learning-management systems;
- payment processing;
- email delivery;
- customer relationship management;
- appointment scheduling;
- video conferencing;
- analytics;
- security;
- file storage;
- customer support;
- AI generation or processing;
- accounting; and
- professional legal or compliance services.
We will only disclose information where there is an appropriate purpose and legal basis.
Our actual service providers should be reviewed periodically and our privacy information updated when material changes occur.
11. AI SERVICE PROVIDERS
Certain ADC AI Mode services may involve third-party artificial-intelligence providers.
For example, an intensive AI influencer setup may require authorised reference material to be transmitted to an AI-generation provider to produce the output requested by the customer.
We will assess the relevant provider and the applicable data-processing arrangements before using it for customer personal information.
We will not intentionally send customer reference images to arbitrary AI services merely for experimentation unrelated to the service requested.
Customers should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive personal information.
12. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
ADC AI Mode operates from the United Kingdom but may use technology providers located in other countries.
As a result, personal information may in some circumstances be transferred or accessed internationally.
Where UK data-protection law restricts an international transfer, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism or other recognised safeguard where required.
We will review the countries and providers involved in our actual technology stack rather than assume that every provider stores information exclusively in the United Kingdom.
13. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution requirements.
Different categories of information may therefore have different retention periods.
Factors we consider include:
- the duration of the customer relationship;
- the nature of the product or service;
- legal record-keeping obligations;
- tax and accounting requirements;
- limitation periods for legal claims;
- security requirements; and
- whether the information remains necessary for the original purpose.
We will establish and maintain internal retention periods for relevant categories of ADC AI Mode data.
Where personal information is no longer required, it will be deleted, anonymised or otherwise handled appropriately.
14. CUSTOMER REFERENCE IMAGES
Reference images supplied specifically for consultations or personalised setup services should not be retained indefinitely merely because they were once required for a project.
ADC AI Mode will establish appropriate retention periods for original customer reference assets and generated project materials based on operational, contractual and legal requirements.
Where a customer asks us to delete personal information, we will assess the request under applicable data-protection law and explain where information must lawfully be retained.
15. SECURITY
We use appropriate organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, destruction or loss.
Measures may include, where appropriate:
- access controls;
- secure authentication;
- encryption provided by relevant infrastructure;
- restricted administrative access;
- provider security reviews;
- backups;
- software updates;
- secure payment processing; and
- internal access limitations.
No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
16. CHILDREN
ADC AI Mode's paid products and services are primarily intended for adults.
We do not knowingly design our standard paid services for children under 18.
If we introduce a product specifically intended for younger users, we will assess the additional privacy and safeguarding requirements before doing so.
17. YOUR DATA-PROTECTION RIGHTS
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights concerning your personal information.
Under UK data-protection law these can include rights to:
- be informed about processing;
- request access to personal information;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request erasure in certain circumstances;
- request restriction of processing in certain circumstances;
- object to certain processing;
- receive certain information in a portable format where the right applies;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
- obtain protections relating to certain automated decisions.
These rights are not absolute in every circumstance.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
18. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
ADC AI Mode does not currently intend to make decisions about customers based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects unless this is specifically introduced and appropriately disclosed.
Using AI to generate creative content at a customer's request is not necessarily the same as making a legally significant automated decision about that customer.
If our practices change materially, we will update our privacy information as required.
19. REQUESTING ACCESS, CORRECTION OR DELETION
To exercise a data-protection right, contact:
Privacy contact: hello@adcaimode.com
Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records.
We may request reasonable evidence of identity where necessary to protect personal information from unauthorised disclosure.
We will respond within the applicable legal timeframe.
20. COMPLAINTS
If you have concerns about how ADC AI Mode handles your personal information, please contact us first so that we can investigate.
You also have the right to complain to the relevant data-protection supervisory authority.
For Double D Agency Ltd in the United Kingdom, the supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Our complaints process does not restrict your right to approach the appropriate regulator.
21. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
Our website or courses may link to third-party websites, AI platforms and other services.
Those organisations may process personal information under their own privacy policies.
ADC AI Mode's Privacy Policy does not automatically govern information that you independently provide directly to another organisation.
You should review the privacy information of third-party services you choose to use.
22. PAYMENT PROVIDERS
Payments may be processed through independent payment-processing providers.
ADC AI Mode may receive information such as transaction status, payment reference, customer details and limited payment information required for accounting and customer service.
The payment provider may separately process payment information under its own privacy terms.
23. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for functions such as:
- essential website operation;
- account authentication;
- security;
- preferences;
- analytics; and
- marketing, where implemented.
Our separate Cookie Policy explains the technologies actually deployed and the choices available to users.
Non-essential technologies will be handled in accordance with applicable consent requirements.
24. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to:
- our services;
- our technology providers;
- data-protection law;
- our processing activities; or
- our business operations.
The current version will be displayed on our website with its revision date.
Where a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice where required.
